Texas REALTORS® has hundreds of online Legal FAQs, articles to help us figure out the latest rules and forms changes, and manuals and guides. Our membership in Texas REALTORS® helps us to operate legally and ethically in every transaction.”

Answer: We’re getting access to powerful platforms for a fraction of the cost
“Two examples off the top of my head are zipForm and MarketViewer. ZipForm by itself would be more expensive than your annual Texas REALTORS® dues if you weren’t a member. MarketViewer has the most accurate market data available, and you can make infographics to share with prospects and clients. And it’s exclusively available to members.” 

Answer: We can take advantage of excellent classes.
