Wouldn’t it be nice if your agents’ frequently asked questions could be answered by a team of real estate attorneys? Thanks to your membership in Texas REALTORS®, that’s a reality! 

You can access answers to more than 450 frequently asked questions on a wide range of real estate topics, including advertising, compensation, contracts, and disclosures. Each answer has been carefully reviewed by the Texas REALTORS® Legal Affairs Department, so you can feel confident sharing it with your agents. The answers are available whenever you need them at [texasrealestate.com/faq](http://www.texasrealestate.com/faq).  

Remember that you and your agents can also call the Legal Hotline for information about real estate law and related topics. Call 512-480-8200 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, to speak with an attorney.
