Your membership in Texas REALTORS® provides incredible value for only $157 a year. If your agents ever ask you what they get from their state association, be sure to tell them they get much more value in benefits than they pay in dues, and then back it up with this list.

A forms management platform that would cost more than annual dues
ZipForm is a powerful tool for managing forms and signatures that would cost more than your entire membership if you bought it as a non-member.

Advocacy that saves you money, reduces hassles, and improves the real estate market and business climate
Texas REALTORS® works tirelessly to keep Texas a great place to buy, sell, own, and lease real estate. Your membership and participation fuels local and statewide advocacy, plus special projects to support or oppose potential laws and ordinances related to real estate.

A library of forms to handle lots of situations
Your membership unlocks more than 140 forms, agreements, and notices that help you conduct business professionally in residential, commercial, property management, broker-agent relationships, and many other scenarios.

A legal team standing by to answer your questions
Where else can you get access to attorneys who can answer questions about real estate law and related topics—all for no additional fee? You can call The Texas REALTORS® Legal Hotline at 512-480-8200 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Monday through Friday excluding holidays. When one of your agents calls the hotline, you’ll get an email notice, so you can further discuss the situation.
