Perhaps they asked the right questions that helped the buyers realize this was the home of their dreams. Or your agents’ timely efforts helped resolve a last-minute paperwork issue. Did they help connect your clients with local contractors, or provide insightful market information?
For seller clients, maybe they wrote the perfect listing description that attracted interest in the property. Your agent’s helpfulness at the open house could have led to competitive buyer offers. It could be that their people skills brought all parties together and made the transaction as smooth as possible.
Adding a few sentences about the difference you and your agents made not only promotes your brokerage—it strengthens the REALTOR® brand for your fellow REALTORS®.
