The Texas REALTORS® Legal Hotline
Hotline attorneys are here for you and your agents to provide information on a wide range of real estate topics, including the Texas REALTORS® forms library, TREC rules and the law. If your agents call the hotline, you’ll receive an email notice so you can follow up with your agents. Remember that hotline attorneys cannot give advice on specific scenarios but can provide accurate information about rules and laws.
