If you can’t make it to Austin February 6-10, you should encourage your agents to attend and get involved. Here’s why. **Convenient educational opportunities** Certain sessions count as continuing education! Your agents can earn CE credits while learning about topics such as real estate professionalism and building relationships. **Thought-provoking conversations** Winter Meeting will feature in-depth forums on property taxes and appraisals, water rights, bridge financing, data centers, and risk reduction, to name a few. Your agents are likely to leave these discussions with new insights that can help your brokerage. **Useful big-picture updates** What’s happening outside of real estate can have a huge impact on the market and your business. Water rights expert Charles Porter will explain how the Waters of the United States may affect real estate, Tangilla co-founder Jeff Turner will discuss AI, and political consultants Joey Parr and James Aldrete will cover the upcoming Texas primary. **Take part in association business** Your agents can help guide the future of the association through participating in committees. Many committees and partner organizations, such as the REALTORS® Land Institute and Women’s Council of REALTORS®, will meet during the event. Plus, you can help honor excellence in your profession at the Texas REALTORS® Awards Lunch. **Networking in a fun setting** The conference includes several luncheons, gatherings, and networking opportunities to connect with your fellow REALTORS® in engaging ways.
