Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist
The Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist certification offers a thorough and intensive introduction to commercial real estate. Participants will learn property development and management, marketing and negotiations, and big-picture economics and finance.
Texas Affordable Housing Specialist
Coursework for the Texas Affordable Housing Specialist certification covers first-time and underserved homebuyers in Texas. Participants will learn about fair housing, workforce housing, housing affordability, and FHA lending.
Texas Residential Leasing Specialist
This certification teaches leasing agreements, contracts, forms, residential leasing, agency, and fundamentals over the course of two six-hour sessions.
Texas Residential Property Manager
Gain greater understanding of leasing and property management topics with the TRPM certification. The course builds on the skills presented in the TRLS certification and
includes information on property management agreements, evictions, and mediating tenant and owner relations.
Texas Risk Reduction Specialist
Becoming a Texas Risk Reduction Specialist will help identify and mitigate potential liabilities. The requirements include an introduction to risk reduction course and 12 hours of elective courses.
